Use: for external use only (never ingest), suitable for fragrance burners/diffusers, diluted in a fragrance-neutral carrier oil in the (foot)bath and on the skin (undiluted essential oil can irritate sensitive skin).
Geranium Essential Oil is steam distilled from the leaves and stems of the Pelargonium odoratissimum (apple geranium) plant. It has a strong scent with a floral aroma and notes of mint and apple. The main characteristic of this oil is its ability to balance and uplift. It is used for both the body and mind to relieve numerous conditions.
Geranium essential oil helps balance oily and dry skin and also brings balance to the mind, thereby relieving stress and anxiety. It is said to work on the adrenal cortex, which has a balancing effect on the hormonal system. Geranium oil has been used to treat acne, bruises, burns, cuts, dermatitis, eczema, hemorrhoids, ringworm, ulcers, breast engorgement, edema, poor circulation, sore throat, tonsillitis, PMS, menopausal problems, stress and neuralgia. Its strong scent repels mosquitoes. Add a few drops to shampoo to get rid of head lice.
It was believed that these geraniums kept spirits away (just as they repel mosquitoes), and therefore they were planted as hedges around houses. The plants originate from South Africa, Réunion, Madagascar, Egypt and Morocco and were introduced to European countries in the 17th century. Although there are about 700 varieties of the plant, only 10 produce essential oil in viable quantities. The varieties planted in gardens usually produce too little oil for extraction.

Your order will be processed on the same day during office hours. Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday. In most cases, orders placed on Fridays are processed and shipped on Monday.
Shipping costs
Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge within Europe. For orders under €50, we charge a fixed shipping rate of €4.95 for deliveries within Europe. Shipping costs for deliveries outside Europe are always €19.95.
Repurposed packaging
There is already a huge amount of packaging in circulation worldwide. Orders from pranina.com are therefore packed in existing packaging that is reused. This means we do not introduce any new waste into circulation.
The reused packaging is not always perfect, but we consider reducing waste much more important than having a beautiful shipping box.
Delivery & processing times
After placing your order, the products will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. The products are shipped from our European warehouse in Slovakia. Delivery times within Europe may vary. Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium usually takes within 6 business days.
Track & Trace
We will keep you informed during the shipping process via email notifications. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. You can use this number to track the shipment with the delivery company mentioned in the email.
