Bergamot Essential Oil is obtained by expression from both ripe and unripe fruits of the bergamot orange tree. This essential oil, which smells citrusy yet sweet, is great for creating a relaxed and happy feeling.
Bergamot essential oil is used in aromatherapy to treat depression, stress, tension, low self-confidence, anxiety, and hysteria. It is useful in healing skin infections such as general wounds, psoriasis, herpes, and eczema. This oil may help people suffering from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), PMS, binge eating, postpartum depression, colds, and flu.
Bergamot oil is a favorite in aromatherapy and is used in diffusers, massages, and mixed with bathwater.
Experts advise caution when using this oil on sensitive skin if it is exposed to sunlight after application, as this can cause burns. Stay out of the sun if this oil has been used on the skin.
The name Bergamot is derived from the city of Bergamo in Lombardy, Italy, where the oil was first sold. It has been cultivated since the 16th century in Mediterranean countries such as Italy and Greece. It has long been used in the perfume and food industries (Earl Grey tea). While the extraction of essential oil is more recent, the fruit, and its essence and flavor, have been used in traditional medicine for hundreds of years.

Your order will be processed on the same day during office hours. Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday. In most cases, orders placed on Fridays are processed and shipped on Monday.
Shipping costs
Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge within Europe. For orders under €50, we charge a fixed shipping rate of €4.95 for deliveries within Europe. Shipping costs for deliveries outside Europe are always €19.95.
Repurposed packaging
There is already a huge amount of packaging in circulation worldwide. Orders from pranina.com are therefore packed in existing packaging that is reused. This means we do not introduce any new waste into circulation.
The reused packaging is not always perfect, but we consider reducing waste much more important than having a beautiful shipping box.
Delivery & processing times
After placing your order, the products will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. The products are shipped from our European warehouse in Slovakia. Delivery times within Europe may vary. Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium usually takes within 6 business days.
Track & Trace
We will keep you informed during the shipping process via email notifications. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. You can use this number to track the shipment with the delivery company mentioned in the email.
